E-wallet deposits and payouts are lightning-fast, while card transactions take longer because banks process them on their own schedule. We clear withdrawals within 3 business days of your request, and our finance department works 06:00–17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.

Methods and processing times

Wherever possible we pay withdrawals back to the same method you deposited with, though we may use a different system when a method cannot receive funds. Where you deposited by card, withdrawals up to the total you paid in by card are returned to that card as refunds. You can hold up to 3 pending withdrawal requests at once, and each one is processed within 3 business days of the request, or 3 business days after your previous payout was paid.

Withdrawal Conditions and Account Rules

Before you withdraw, each deposit must be wagered at least once. If you request a payout without meeting this 1x requirement, your winnings may be cancelled and we retain a fee of 10% of your last deposit (minimum 0.50 GBP), rising to 15% where you funded the account by bank card or bank transfer. Clearing the 1x turnover first avoids this entirely.

Refunds are generally not available once a deposit or its bonus has been used to bet. Where a refund is possible you must request it within 24 hours of the transaction, and we respond within 10 business days. Player-to-player transfers are not permitted. We keep customer funds in dedicated client bank accounts, held separately from company money and protected in the event of insolvency, so your balance is never mixed with operating funds.

If an account stays inactive for 180 days without a login, we apply a 5 GBP monthly administration fee until the balance reaches zero, so logging in from time to time keeps your funds intact. If a payout is held up or you disagree with how one was handled, you can raise it with us through our complaints process.

Withdrawal Limits by VIP Level

Your VIP level sets how much you can withdraw each day and each month. We assess it from your play over the previous 90 calendar days, including your deposit-to-withdrawal ratio and any bonuses received, so the GBP figures below are the caps that apply at each tier.

Equivalent limits apply in GBP, PLN, CHF, HUF, CZK, DKK, CAD and AUD, and both the daily and monthly caps climb automatically as your level rises.
